2. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, a service of Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. When you open a page, the hosting infrastructure processes the technical data your browser sends with every request, such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user agent. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this data to identify visitors.

3. Enquiry form

If you send us an enquiry, we process the details you enter: your name, work email address and organisation, and, if you provide them, your role, country, organisation type, patient volume and message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, where it leads there, to prepare a business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

The enquiry is delivered to our team by email through Microsoft Azure Communication Services, which stores data at rest in Switzerland. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and delete them afterwards unless the law requires us to keep them.

4. Information stored in your browser

The website remembers your language choice and your cookie choice in your browser's local storage. These entries stay on your device, are never sent to us and contain no personal data.

5. Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand how visitors use this website, for example which sections are read and which documents are downloaded. Google Analytics is not loaded, and no data is sent to Google, until you click Accept in the cookie banner (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Once you have agreed, Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_<ID>) that store a pseudonymous identifier for up to two years, and collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the website you came from, your device and browser, and your approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalisation, and we never send the details you enter in the enquiry form to Google. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More information is in Google's privacy policy.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

6. Recipients

We share personal data only with the service providers named in this policy, who process it on our behalf, and otherwise only where the law requires us to.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also ask us to restrict processing, object to processing and receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@keyoniq.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, with the data protection authority in your country.

8. Changes

We update this policy when the website changes. The current version is always published on this page.

Die Website wird bei Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps gehostet, einem Dienst der Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. Beim Aufruf einer Seite verarbeitet die Hosting-Infrastruktur die technischen Daten, die Ihr Browser mit jeder Anfrage übermittelt, etwa Ihre IP-Adresse, den Zeitpunkt der Anfrage, die aufgerufene Seite und die Kennung Ihres Browsers. Dies ist erforderlich, um die Website auszuliefern und sicher zu betreiben (berechtigtes Interesse, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Wir verwenden diese Daten nicht, um Besucherinnen und Besucher zu identifizieren.

3. Anfrageformular

Wenn Sie uns eine Anfrage senden, bearbeiten wir die Angaben, die Sie eingeben: Ihren Namen, Ihre geschäftliche E-Mail-Adresse und Ihre Organisation sowie, falls angegeben, Ihre Funktion, Ihr Land, die Art Ihrer Organisation, die Anzahl Patientinnen und Patienten und Ihre Nachricht. Wir verwenden sie ausschliesslich, um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten und gegebenenfalls eine Geschäftsbeziehung anzubahnen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO).

Die Anfrage wird per E-Mail über Microsoft Azure Communication Services an unser Team übermittelt; die Daten werden dabei in der Schweiz gespeichert. Wir bewahren Anfragen so lange auf, wie wir sie für die Bearbeitung Ihres Anliegens und eine daraus entstehende Geschäftsbeziehung benötigen, und löschen sie danach, sofern keine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht besteht.

4. Im Browser gespeicherte Informationen

Die Website speichert Ihre Sprachwahl und Ihre Cookie-Einstellung im lokalen Speicher Ihres Browsers. Diese Einträge bleiben auf Ihrem Gerät, werden nie an uns übermittelt und enthalten keine Personendaten.

5. Google Analytics

Mit Ihrer Einwilligung verwenden wir Google Analytics 4, einen Webanalysedienst der Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland, um zu verstehen, wie diese Website genutzt wird, etwa welche Abschnitte gelesen und welche Dokumente heruntergeladen werden. Google Analytics wird erst geladen und es werden erst Daten an Google übermittelt, wenn Sie im Cookie-Banner auf Akzeptieren klicken (Einwilligung, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO).

Google Analytics 4 speichert keine IP-Adressen. Google Signals und die Personalisierung von Werbung haben wir deaktiviert, und die Angaben aus dem Anfrageformular übermitteln wir nie an Google. Analysedaten werden 14 Monate lang aufbewahrt.

Daten können an die Google LLC in den USA übermittelt werden. Die Google LLC ist nach dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework und dem Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert. Weitere Informationen finden Sie in der Datenschutzerklärung von Google.

Sie können Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit über Cookie-Einstellungen am Ende der Startseite widerrufen. Der Widerruf berührt die Rechtmässigkeit der bis dahin erfolgten Bearbeitung nicht.

6. Empfänger

Wir geben Personendaten nur an die in dieser Erklärung genannten Dienstleister weiter, die sie in unserem Auftrag bearbeiten, und darüber hinaus nur, wenn wir gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet sind.

7. Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht, Auskunft über Ihre Personendaten zu erhalten und sie berichtigen oder löschen zu lassen. Sie können zudem die Einschränkung der Bearbeitung verlangen, der Bearbeitung widersprechen und Ihre Daten in einem übertragbaren Format erhalten. Beruht eine Bearbeitung auf Ihrer Einwilligung, können Sie diese jederzeit widerrufen. Wenden Sie sich dazu an info@keyoniq.com.
